Coaching Staff
Head Coach-Dave Lapin
Coach Lapin grew up playing lacrosse in Central Nassau County at WT Clarke High School before he became team captain and a leading scorer in NCAA DI while at Georgia Tech.
He has also represented the U.S in the World Games of Lacrosse Masters in Perth and Windsor, and has played for notable men's teams such as the Crease Monkeys, Long Island Jesters, Atlanta Lacrosse Club, Austin Lacrosse, Team Texas, and Adidas Magic Wands. He started the Westwood HS program where he was head coach for 8 years with a record of 89 wins and 12 losses during his tenure. During his career, he has coached many high school and Collegiate All Americans, and has helped to provide opportunity for many young men to play at the collegiate level, and develop their human potential.
Assistant Coach-Eric Glass
Coach Glass started playing lacrosse at the youth level where he grew up near Baltimore Maryland. He moved to Austin entering his freshman year at Westwood HS where he played under Coach Lapin. He then went on to play at Texas Tech where his team won the Lone Star Alliance Conference Championship in 2005. Coach Glass was an assistant coach at Westlake HS for two years and continues to play mens' club ball.
